Thank you to all the families who donated and encouraged neighbors, extended family and friends for Fun Run/Walk pledges. We are thrilled to report that we raised nearly $32,000! And, although this is less than our goal of $45,000, we are extremely impressed with our fundraising efforts given:
- We removed the $/lap pledge metric
- Our fundraising timespan was cut from 6 weeks to about 3
- Our enrollment is down from last year
As you may recall, our classroom incentive was to reward $300 to each teacher that reached 100% of his/her on average $75/student goal. After tallying the results, we decided to award a tiered incentive so that we could give more money to the classrooms. Here’s what we’ve decided to do:

Plus, we will be putting just under $1,600 into the PE account (5% of total raised).
