With the increase in colds and allergies, we thought we might remind everyone about medication policies.  Any and all medication needs to be administered by the Clinic staff.  This includes prescription, over-the-counter, homeopathic, cough drops etc.  In addition, the Medication Form (which is found on our website or in the clinic) MUST be signed by a medical professional with prescribing authority.
