Mountain Phoenix follows the Colorado Department of Education and Early Childhood licensing requirements regarding immunization compliance.

SB20-163 requires schools to actively and directly share school’s measles, mumps, and rubella (MMR) rate with parents via CDPHE’s annual parent letter. We have also included the immunization rates for the DTaP, HepB, IPV, and Varicella.
