Calming our minds, focusing our attention, and feeling positive about life – skills useful for every day. Rudolf Steiner, the founder of Waldorf education, offered very simple exercises to help people to attain these skills. They seem enormously simple, yet can become a challenge of discipline. Anyone can do this, and when they are practiced over time, they can yield surprisingly wonderful results.
Glenda Monasch, Dr. Adam Blanning and Ina Jaehnig offer six sessions on Tuesdays – 7:30 – 9:00 pm.
