Hello from your children’s Health Office! Suzy and Nicole want to ensure the safety of all children by requesting that no medications are ever put in a child’s backpack to take to school. If your child needs medication, you must come to the Health Office or go on our school website to gather the proper paperwork. Once paperwork has been completed by your physician, you can bring it to the Health Office with the medication in its original packaging. If you’d like your child to be able to self-carry certain medications (inhaler, EpiPen), you will still need the paperwork completed, brought to the Health Office, and signature (parent and student) for the self-carry contract.
