Absentee

All students that were absent on the original picture day will automatically be pulled from class to receive an original school portrait.

Retakes

To request a retake photo, please email our studio at

with your child’s first and last name, grade, and teacher name no later than Tuesday, October 27, 2015.

To receive a retake portrait the following restrictions apply:

• Package purchase is required to receive a retake.
• The original photo package must be returned in full before picture day to receive a retake.
• Those requesting a retake but have not either purchased a package on the original picture days or submitting a new portrait order will NOT receive a retake portrait
• 100% satisfaction guarantee-if you not satisfied with your portrait package you may return the full package for a refund.
