Sondra Lockett-Cameron, MPCS Communications, Marketing & Volunteerism Manager

Sondra Lockett-Cameron

Communications, Marketing & Volunteers

Educational Experience & Professional Journey. Formerly an armorer in the Marine Corps Reserves and an Aveda esthetician, Sondra pivoted to a creative career in marketing over a decade ago. Following a love of graphic design and organizational communication that had been brewing for over 20 years, she finally made the leap when an opportunity presented itself at a local real estate company in East Denver. Growing professionally with this organization allowed her to hone her skills in communication, graphic design, online marketing and event coordination.

Sondra and her family found Mountain Phoenix as her youngest was entering Pre-K and she knew she found her community as well as a place where her children could thrive. It was an absolute gift, when the Communications & Marketing Manager position opened and she was able to dedicate her time and expertise to a place that already had a special place in her heart. It was just an added bonus that she got to carpool with her youngest to and from school everyday!

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Public Management, CSU Global
  • Esthetician License, Aveda Institute Denver
  • Armorer, United States Marine Corps Reserves

Personal Background & Interests:
